PTO

Welcome to CCSD21’s PTO community! Parent-Teacher Organizations (PTOs) play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and enhancing the educational experience within school districts. By bridging the gap between parents and educators, you facilitate open communication channels vital for understanding students’ needs and concerns. Our PTOs serve as platforms for parents to actively engage in their children’s schooling, offering valuable insights and support to teachers and administrators. Through fundraising efforts, our PTOs contribute to the enrichment of academic programs and extracurricular activities, ensuring a holistic learning environment. Moreover, you help promote a sense of community by organizing events that bring families together, fostering relationships that extend beyond the classroom. Thank you for your commitment and engagement with our district. You serve as catalysts for positive change, nurturing partnerships that empower students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Thank you for your service to our district family.

PTO MEMBERSHIPS

Become a PTO member for the 2024-2025 School Year! Use this link to enter the PTO Membership toolkit, become a PTO member and have access to the online directory. You can access it via the website or App.

We’d love to have you on the Poe PTO!

Annual membership dues are $15. Membership gives your family access to Membership Toolkit, where you can see the Poe Directory. The Directory contains families’ contact information, which helps you communicate with your child’s classmates. Membership Toolkit also allows you to see calendar events, buy PTO memberships, make donations, pay for PTO activities, sign up to volunteer, and much, much more. The membership cost provides value back to your student(s) by helping to fund a variety of items including, but not limited to: educational gifts, field trips, and community events.

Also, by joining, you become a voting member of the PTO. You are able to have an active voice in our meeting to help with planning and events!
